More About Me

Branch Manager

I am extremely grateful to get to call Windermere Bellevue South my work home. We have such a collaborative, fun, and supportive group of agents and support staff that make the office culture around here so positive. It has a real family feel to it, which starts with our ownership, the children of pioneering Windermere owner Don Deasy - Deanne, Joe, and Matt work diligently at providing the best agent support in the business, from tools and services to administrative personnel.

My real estate career began with the purchase of my first investment property in 2004 while in college at the University of Washington's Business School, and it quickly morphed into becoming a real estate agent my Junior year of college. Shortly after graduation, I opened Prospera Real Estate, which I called home until accepting the opportunity to manage Windermere Bellevue South.

Along the way, I have been fortunate to serve the industry in a number of capacities, which include:

    • NWMLS Board of Directors 2016 - 2021

    • NWMLS Disciplinary Review Panel

    • NWMLS Disciplinary Hearing Panel

    • NWMLS Rules and Bylaws Committee

    • NWMLS Data Use Task Force

    • NWMLS Finance Committee

    • NWIBA President 2013 - 2018

    • NWIBA Treasurer 2011 - 2013

I grew up in Bellevue (Newport High School) and now live in Seattle with my wife (Carmen), daughter (Everlee), son (Caden), and black lab (Cash) - we are fortunate to live next door to my sister, 11 blocks from my other sister, and 12 blocks from my mom.

My role at Windermere is to support our agents, and I'd welcome the opportunity to talk about how the support of myself, our front-office Staff, and our ownership can help you grow your business and manage your time.
